Welcome to Chengdu for the 2023 5th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT 2023) in 2023. The conference will be held in Chengdu, China from December 15 to 17, 2023. Chengdu is one of the most dynamic cities in western China. It not only has a long history and rich culture, but also is an important national high-tech industrial base. Sichuan Province has distinct characteristics in the fields of electric power, energy, IT technology, etc. Chengdu concentrates many enterprises in these fields. Both universities and enterprises have carried out numerous related scientific researches. We hope to take this opportunity to invite you to come to Chengdu for exchange and discussion, and jointly promote the development of scientific research in the fields of power, energy and control.

2023 5th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT 2023) is co-organized by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering, technically sponsored by Auckland University of Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power and IEEE Control Systems Society, supported by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE), IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Chengdu Chapter, media supported by Journal Proceedings of the CSEE, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems(CSEE JPES), Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, Automation of Electric Power System, POWER SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, High Voltage, High Voltage Engineering, Power Generation Technology, Power System Protection and Control, Electric and Machines and Control, Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering, Integrated Intelligent Energy, Electric Power Information and Communication Technology, Electric Power Engineering Technology, Journal of Electrical Engineering，and Electric Machines and Control Applications, ELECTRIC DRIVE.

The theme of this session is "Electricity Digitization and New Energy Systems". The conference will invite leading scientists in the fields of power, energy and control at home and abroad to share their scientific research achievements and experiences, and set up a variety of communication methods, such as roundtable forum, special session, technical session, industrial forum, industrial visit, etc., in order to provide full opportunities for the friends attending the conference.

On December, Chengdu has its own characteristics, and your arrival will be another beautiful scenery for Chengdu. On behalf of the organizing committee of the conference, I sincerely welcome all of you to contribute to the conference and discuss the digitalization of electric power and new energy.

1) Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore(ISBN: 979-8-3503-4225-3) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication.

2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.

All the papers will be peer reviewed, and each paper will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts. It takes 20-30 days for the result coming out. If the paper needs revising, it should be resubmited for peer review again.

Peer Review Instructions

All the papers will be peer reviewed, and each paper will be peer reviewed by 2-3 experts. It takes 20-30 days for the result coming out. If the paper needs revising, it should be resubmited for peer review again. Submitted papers are evaluated using a double-blind review process for originality, relevance, and presentation. Reviewers for a paper will be kept anonymous.

1) Manuscripts must be written in English;
2) The manuscript should be written in accordance with the standard of template;
3) The topics of paper should be relevant to conference topics;
4) Plagiarism and Duplicate submission are prohibited;
5) Innovation and scientific value is a must.
