2023 5th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT 2023) is co-organized by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering, technically sponsored by Auckland University of Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power and IEEE Control Systems Society, supported by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE), IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Chengdu Chapter.

We would like to thank our outstanding Keynote Speakers: Prof. Xiaoyan Han(State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company, China), Prof. Qinglong Han(Swinburne University of Technology, Australia)，Prof. Ben M. Chen(Chinese University of Hong Kong, HK S.A.R, China), Prof. Shuzhi Sam Ge(National University of Singapore, Singapore) for sharing their deep insights on future challenges and trends.

Due to COVID-19, 2022 4th International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Control Technologies (CEECT 2022), which was planned to be a hybrid conference happening in Shanghai, China during December 16-18, 2022, has beenchanged into virtual conference via Tecent Meeting (Voov) on December 17, 2022....
